You have to low of trade in values, You were $2000 lower than what I received on line at carvanna and Kelly Black offer and YOU never Negotiate at all with the customer. I get that, but my problem was.your GM Military discount $500 You offer but YOU DON'T offer!! I already had an account with ID.me but when we tried to get this authorize # it would work??? The issue not my fault not really your but GM's. Point is I would of thought for a mere $500, you could helped me out, THUS the never negotiation.
