I dropped my truck off the night before my service appointment, which was scheduled for 8:30 the next morning. I did not hear from anyone in service. I tried callin multiple times with no response. I appointment, which was scheduled for 8:30 the next morning. I did not hear from anyone in service. I tried callin multiple times with no response. I also texted with no response. At the end of the day I had to talk with the sales manager however he had no info other than my truck still hadn’t been looked at. He said he would make sure the service manager called me in the morning. Still received no call. Did receive any detail until mid day when I received a text. Very disappointing communication. More
