While waiting to pick up vehicle for the first time nobody called me or returned my call. Nobody showed me anything or setup anything. I was told to pick it up Friday before 6pm so they could go through the vehicle with me. When I showed up it wasn’t there and wasn’t sure when it would be. Made an appointment over onstar at my dealership Apple Valley GMC (Apple Valley Sales Inc.) witch was confirmed by an email from the actual dealership…arrived for my 7am appointment and they told me they Valley GMC (Apple Valley Sales Inc.) witch was confirmed by an email from the actual dealership…arrived for my 7am appointment and they told me they don’t work for GMC…they are Apple Valley Sales Inc. and do not honor appointments over Onstar and sent me home…I called Onstar back and did the same thing with Walser GMC in Bloomington…that they not only honored,but went above and beyond when I had a damaged tire and no rentals on the lot,so they pulled a brand new car off the lot for me to use…if your looking for a new Truck or just want good GMC service, buy it from a REAL GMC DEALERSHIP like Walsers not some knock off non affiliated dealership like Apple Valley Sales Inc. I’ve been dealing with Walser GMC where i purchased the truck. First bad experience call to schedule an oil change appointment, service advised me don’t need an appointment. Made another appointment just recently to schedule service for transmission fluid change, dropped the truck off, your service advisor calls me to tell me we don’t have the transmission fluid. Again, completely unacceptable.Had to leave my truck overnight and reschedule my whole Friday around Walser GMC. Probably won’t be doing anymore business with Walser GMC!!! More

I usually have good success with walser, but this last visit was terrible. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond unacceptable.
