Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The sales manager did not know what he was doing. He did not look over the final paperwork that they gave me. I found that the had with a dealership. The sales manager did not know what he was doing. He did not look over the final paperwork that they gave me. I found that they had charged me sales tax in 2 states (I am from ND) When I brought it to his attention he told me it was a good catch on my part. It took almost 3 weeks to get the refund only after contacting the GM of the dealership. They told me I could use my license plate off my old truck on the new truck and it would not be a problem. I found out that is ILLEGAL after I returned home. I was not informed of their 3 day 300 mile return policy. Found that out when I returned home. I asked the GM why I received such terrible customer service and he had no response. He did not even offer amends to make right their mistakes. I also did a cash deal and it took over 3 hours to get out of there with 3 other customers around. More
