If I could give ZERO stars I would. Walser clearly doesn’t care about their customers safety! I have had issues every time my truck goes in for service, but this time was the worst! The technician didn’t even reinstall the seat or seatbelt properly after the repair. I had to bring it back to have it fixed and driving home from the dealership I realized it’s still not fixed! Very concerning considering seats and seatbelts a literally life saving in an accident. More

I have not been getting my videos from diagnostics I had just taken my boho le for service and was told that everything was fine . I have been a long time customer of Walser Buick. I am a Buick Family. The customer service woman was very professional. I describe the problems. I did wait for the vehicle. They followed the direction comes to balancing the tires.Th e back passenger was a new tire. To leave it in place. They also check on a new Radiator and ACconnection was new. I had hit something on the highway caused damaged a month later. All look good. I had the oil change and cabin filter changed. One thing I Like as well. The technician takes pictures under neath the vehicle And the bill. What other equipment parts needs changing later. I am always happy when I drive my vehicle home. They are great people to work with. More
