Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Had my “new to me” vehicle’s rust repaired (included with deal) and it was done terribly and still has rust. Was told (by one of the reps) they would probably end up cutting out the metal and clearly that was not done. Told it would take two business days but actually took a week. No biggie, but not having a car with 3 kids was not great to deal with and wish I could have been more prepared or they could have provided me a rental. Minor other things came up along the way which made me concerned if they would actually do a good job correcting the rust. I should have walked away when we waited 1.5 hrs for our appt to buy the vehicle and when customer service was clearly not their top priority. More
