Rockstars and Professionals I had the privilege of purchasing two 2017 in February and March of 2018. Two weeks ago a drunk driver slammed into one of them when it was parked while my wife and I were doing volunteer work. We were devastated. Nevertheless, the team at Fuccillio VW Schdy were there for us. Their guidance persistence, leadership, knowledge, follow-up, patience, direction, support, sales-admin-finance-service department all stepped up and assisted beyond belief. A Stressful Experience *although I said I wouldn't recommend this dealership, I got my "dream" car. I would like to acknowedge how amazing and helpful Ryan, Keith and Don we *although I said I wouldn't recommend this dealership, I got my "dream" car. I would like to acknowedge how amazing and helpful Ryan, Keith and Don were and helped make my time here less stressful and frustrating* I went in to purchase a car, knowing the exact one I wanted and all the information, expecting the process to be fairly simple. The gentleman who assisted myself and my father didn't even know the car I wanted was on the lot and also knew nothing about the car itself. At one point after the purchase, one piece of paperwork wasn't filled out and it took a lot to get in touch with Noah. Phone calls (from myself and my father) were not returned and when they were, the information was very limited from him. A Fuccillo employee was scheduled to meet my father to sign the last paper and the employee never showed up. This last paper being signed was a very time consuming, annoying process. However, when I specifically asked Keith about it he got everything figured out in a very quick and professional way. Although I was told I'd receive my loan payment information within a week or 2 of purchase, I never received any information from the bank my loan is based out of and had to figure everything out on my own. When I did call for help (Keith was not in that day) the gentleman who was on the phone with me was very rude to me and didn't know how to assist me nor did he forward my call to someone who actually could help. After purchasing the car, I discovered the passenger side mirror was completely busted (I noticed this at home, the same day I purchased the car). When I went in for the assessment, Ryan was very polight and worked everything out for me. Nobody ever called me when the part was ready, which was extremely frustrating. when I arrived to my appointment to get the mirror fixed, Don informed me that the whole part wasn't delivered but assured me that it'll get taken care of. I really appreciate how helpful, professional and knowledgeable Don, Ryan and Keith were. More
