Donny is the man! I have not purchased a car here. We purchased our certified preowned VW out of state at the deal who had the one we wanted. I have brought our car her I have not purchased a car here. We purchased our certified preowned VW out of state at the deal who had the one we wanted. I have brought our car here twice for service. Once for a decarb and once recently for warranty service. Both times they did a great job. Donny leads the department and was a joy to work with. He was honest and upfront and I felt he was an advocate for me in getting the service covered under warranty. I know they are the best because previously I took my car to another VW dealer in Queensbury. They are the worst... nickel and dime you on everything, had to fight them to cover things under warranty, it was awefule. More than worth driving the extra 20 minutes for the service offered at Fuccillo VW. I hope Billy reads this and gives Donny and his team the HUGE bonuses they have earned. More
