Great Service by Don Don was great, best service I have got in a long time. I had an appointment at 11:30 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I had some unexpected events come up and I called the service department at 9:00am to ask if I could come in for an appointment at 9:30 instead of 11:30. Don went out of his way for me and with little time changed my appointment to 9:30 and got me in and out of the service department very quickly. He was great to work with and had a great attitude. More

I had to postpone my appointment time twice, but they were accommodating. Needless to say, it was a slow cold and dreary Sunday, so I'm sure it wasn't too busy for them, but nevertheless they were accommodating and easy to work with. When I arrived I was greeted by a very young and new sales member, Cameran. Cameran was green, but every question I asked, even those that I threw at him just to keep him on his toes, he answered or was johnny on the spot to his boss to get the answer for me immediately. I also apreciated this candor. I haven't dealt with Fuccillo before, and I can only hope they always deal with such transparency. Perhaps Cameran hadn't been hardened or trained in the ways of the stereotypical used car salesman??? I'm choose, if even to my own detriment, to believe that any of the sales team would have been as transparent and helpful. Once I thought I made a decision on the car I test drove, I was tempted to test another car which was slightly out of the budget that I had set for myself, but Cameran, once again was on the spot, whipped the second car around and had the keys ready for me to drive it. Big Mike Kerwin, in Sales was also available and super helpful, but never came across like he was pushing me or Cameran. Even Bill Watson hung around and lent a hand and his input on a couple of questions that floated over to his ears. Refreshingly, it was all about service and not some faux, cheesy grin and lame attempts that come off as super salesy. (I made that word up.) I settled on my first choice and sat down to meet with Angel in Finance. I was pleasantly surprised with his openness and candor about everything related to the numbers. Finance guys at car dealers don't always do this and if they do, they will try to hide certain things or mislead you. Everything I asked for, he showed me. If I questioned a figure he showed me and explained it to me. It's been a long time since I bought a car. Maybe these are the new methods that they are training folks with. I like it. Because it was Sunday, no one was available, so when I got ready to leave, Cameran told me that the Nitro "air" that they put in the tires before a customer takes their new car home, wouldn't be added, but I could come back to get that done anytime. I also had one other document to bring in to finalize everything. So, I made arrangements to do that the following Monday. Did I mention that it was a Sunday, late afternoon when I went in after postponing my two earlier appointment times? Sunday, as in last Sunday, like Super Bowl Sunday? They stayed there with us until they closed at 6 or maybe it was closer to 6:15 or 6:30 by the time I got out of their hair. Never did any of the team members appear to be in a hurry to get home to their wings, beer and big screens. I really appreciated that. Maybe they all are taking a knee on the NFL too, or perhaps they too already knew who was going to win. Whatever the case, it was a good look that their service and attitude was the same from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Monday came, Cameran called me to let me know that instead driving in to sign the papers that he could meet me at my office and go over it with me. Again, I'm not sure if he was supposed to do that, but I certainly appreciated the time he saved me and the customer service he offered. When I went to get the Nitro in my tires Wednesday, I didn't see any of that weekend/night crew from Sunday, but everyone had the same high level of what appears to be genuine respect, kindness and customer service! Justin, who greeted me when I walked in, Terry who answered my questions, and Donnie(?) in service who got me set up for the Nitro were all great and in an authentic, not at all contrived type of way. Needless to say, I definitely recommend Fuccillo. More
