Donnie is my service rep and he make sure any needs that I have are addressed and in a timely manner. He makes sure that my car is returned to me in pristine condition. He is the reason I drive 45 minutes out of my way just to use Fuccillo service for my 2018 Tiguan. More

Scam of a Service I went to Fuccillo VW to have my power seat and lane assist looked at because they were no longer functioning. They looked at the car and after an hou I went to Fuccillo VW to have my power seat and lane assist looked at because they were no longer functioning. They looked at the car and after an hour came out asking if my car has ever been in an accident or if a body shop did any repairs because they were getting weird codes. I advised them that none of the above has ever occurred and that only VW has serviced the car. They came out 25 minutes later to advise me that they found an acorn under the hood and they are certain that rodents have chewed wires and my warranty is void and I need to approve them of 2 hours ($250) of investigation work that I have to pay for to determine the problem. The service advisor told me that it could be over $2,000 worth of damage. I left and went to another VW dealership and they advised me the system needed an update and a new seat module needed to be ordered and all under warranty. This car is 1 year old with only 27,000 miles on it and still under warranty. It is the responsibility of the service company is provide proof that the damage is due to non warranty covered issues. The fact that fuccillo believes finding a leaf and an acorn under my hood and voiding my warranty is completely unprofessional. I have raised this to VW corporate's attention and they apologized for the unprofessional manner that VW Fuccillo has conducted and advised that they will make sure to educate the service advisor. I will never go to VW Fuccillo again. More

Great Deal and Service Initially I spotted the car of my interest on-line. I sent an email expressing my interest and within 30 minutes I got a response from a representativ Initially I spotted the car of my interest on-line. I sent an email expressing my interest and within 30 minutes I got a response from a representative who scheduled an appointment for me to see the car. When I arrived at your store and was immediately impressed upon entering your location, I was greeted by several employees who were friendly, smiling and sought to assist me. I didn't get the sense of any high pressure to obtain something other than what I came there for, which is a good thing. I decided to buy the car after the test drive, however I had a minor concern about the brakes. You guys took care of that issue. I now am very, very happy with my new Kia Serento. Thanks much!!! More

If dealership offers an appraisal service directly through their website and even sets an appointment, then customer service shouldn't be sub-par because there isn't a guaranteed deal for the Sales Manager. Was interested in further discussions on a used vehicle on the lot, instantly turned off by the attitude from Terry and they way I was spoken to as if I shouldn't have shown up for the appointment. Was told by Terry "you can just do that online using kelley blue book, was no need to come in for an appraisal". Sales Reps, most important Sales Managers, should display professional customer service regardless of service provided. Need training. More
