Satisfaction The service was initiated by the onset of a check engine light which was determined to be caused by the secondary water pump on my TDI engine. The Fu The service was initiated by the onset of a check engine light which was determined to be caused by the secondary water pump on my TDI engine. The Fucillo staff was very accommodating to get the vehicle in for diagnosis and promptly ordered the necessary parts. The following day I called and asked if I could drop the vehicle off on my way home from work and again the staff was very quick and helpful in arranging a loaner vehicle. I was called within 12 hours of the pick up of the loaner and was notified that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. The Fucillo staff and dealership made the entire process as seamless as possible. I have and will continue to recommend Fucillo VW to anyone. Thank you all again for the exemplary customer service.
