Great deal and super great buying experience Drove 2hours to buy this car as local dealers would not work with me on a fair price. Not only did the honor the price they gave me on the phone( no bait and switch) but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great buying experience. it was a late on a Saturday and I couldn’t get insurance cards issued. They were able to lend me a dealer plate so I could drive home and then sent someone down on Monday to complete the transaction and plate my new car. I might of expected this if I was local but considering I was 2 hours away and they gave me a great price they have gained a customer for life. Overall great team from Grace, Emanuel to Ernie. Lastly, dealership is very nice and they had a big selection of cars to choose from. More

Wonderful All Around I had reached out to Fuccillo VW in my search for a more fuel efficient vehicle. First working with Floyd, Sales Manager, he got a feel for the type o I had reached out to Fuccillo VW in my search for a more fuel efficient vehicle. First working with Floyd, Sales Manager, he got a feel for the type of vehicle that would suit my needs and financials. Completely unpressured, Floyd suggested a new Passat which perfectly aligned with what I was looking for & needed in a vehicle. -Thanks Floyd! The Finance Manager, Angel, was fantastic. There was none of the typical pressures to add on extra service contracts or warranties, he was very efficient, quick and got me a deal better than I ever expected to get given my situation! I then worked with Eli and Cameran who showed me the Passat, educated me on its features and gadgets, answered all my questions (I had a lot), introduced me to the service department and other team members, and made sure the long paperwork process was smooth and timely. There was a slight miscommunication in regards to registering my new Passat but they acted extremely fast to make it right without any hesitation. Great people to work with I strongly recommend the team at Fuccillo VW! More
