Great experience from start to finish With very little intention on purchasing a new vehicle, I did just that, and probably the best explanation for that is because I was fortunate to be g With very little intention on purchasing a new vehicle, I did just that, and probably the best explanation for that is because I was fortunate to be greeted by a salesman (Dustin), who never made me feel pressured or squeezed to make a deal. At no point when I was merely inquisitive about the ‘19 Atlas, did he start asking me those dreaded questions about my financial limits and credit history. Dustin, although new to the business, was very accommodating, very patient and very technologically sound with his VW knowledge, and if he wasn’t sure about an answer, he would go get the accurate answer from Jason, who is the Sales Manager and was also instrumental through my entire sales process. After my initial visit and feeling comfortable with Dustin and the VW product, then the negotiations began, from which there was satisfactory give and take to broker a deal. The only portion of my purchase experience that I wish I could skip, is the the sit down with the financial office and to hash over all of those optional “add on” warranties. I know every car dealership has the same process, but I would just as soon skip those and just sign my contract and get into my new vehicle. My new Atlas is loaded with technology that at first, is a little mind boggling, but Dustin was very savvy with it all and patiently walked me through as much as I could grasp, and the stuff that I didn’t grasp, I went back to the dealership a couple days later and Dustin spent another hour with me answering all of my questions. VW offers and includes, an exceptional warranty and other fantastic options that would normally cost extra with most other vehicle lines. I would encourage anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle, to check out Fucillo VW. At some point, my new Atlas will require service, hopefully just routine, at which time I can only hope that their service department is as accommodating as their sales department. More
