Got the deal I was looking for I went to Fuccilllo VW with no expectation of buying a car. I figured I was going to be low balled for my trade but they met my number right off th I went to Fuccilllo VW with no expectation of buying a car. I figured I was going to be low balled for my trade but they met my number right off the bat. I of course am a realist and knew my trade wasn't worth top dollar so there was that. Emanuel and his team made me feel comfortable during the entire process always making sure if I had ANY questions they were there to help. I know some people may be put off by follow up calls but it was nice to receive a Text a few weeks after my purchase to see if there was anything they could help with. More

As an active duty military officer, I drive well over 20,000 miles a year and I never thought leasing was possible. not a good experience I was not told that I would have a payment of 395 .00 at the end of my lease. I was told that my payment would be higher than I had agreed on because I was not told that I would have a payment of 395 .00 at the end of my lease. I was told that my payment would be higher than I had agreed on because my credit was a teir 4 which it is not a tier 4 it is a teir 2 at 660. I had agreed on 15000 miles the lease agreement was written with 10000 and had to be changed. I had to choose one of the vehicles on the lot to get the deal I got, and now talking to people I have been taken advantage of. I am very disappointed with the dealer. The way things were handled. I was there for 6 hours. the music was very poor for a public place with every other word f this f that there were a family there with children & her & her husband were talking about it. the salesman had to do all the paperwork, clean the vehicle. the deal was made at a table in the middle of the show room with other people at the other tables not very private or professional. sorry that I am so negative but this is the way the experience was.
