However, eventually we felt maybe we were putting the finance people through too many questions and attempts to get a good deal, especially once we decided not to give a trade in. General Manager was last person to rather aggressively and abruptly state “that is our best deal”( nothing additional off from the advertised original discount). Had the GM spoke a little kinder/ better approach, they would have had the sale, instead we bought an SEL Tiguan from another dealership up the road, when we were looking at an SE here. More
