10,000 Mile Service I had the 10,000 mile service for my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan performed at Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady. When I called to set up the appointment I had the 10,000 mile service for my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan performed at Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady. When I called to set up the appointment the person who took my call was polite, and she was able to make the appointment on the day that I preferred. When I arrived at the dealership I discovered that the service drop off is now in a newly remodeled building that is a huge improvement over the previous building that the dealership had been using. The service representative (Don) greeted me promptly, took care of the paperwork for the service I had requested, and then checked for any recalls on the vehicle. As it turned out, there was a recall and they were able to perform the service for that recall during my appointment. Because the service for the recall would take some additional time, I decided to return to my office, instead of waiting at the dealership. Don checked to see if I needed a ride, which I appreciated, but didn't need. When the service was completed I received a phone call from Don to let me know, and to inform me of the store's closing time. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, Don had left for the day and another service representative (sorry, I didn't catch his name) greeted me and and went over the services that were performed. He then took me to the cashier to pay the bill. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, the work was completed as described, and the bill was the amount I had been quoted. Additionally, they saved me from having to make another appointment by discovering a recall on the vehicle and performing that service that day. My experiences with this store have been, and continue to be excellent. More

Extremely Unprofessional My experience with this dealership began when I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, I waited 45 minutes b My experience with this dealership began when I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, I waited 45 minutes before I was told the car had been totaled by an employee. Since I made an appointment for that specific vehicle, I should have been told in advance so I didn't waste my time coming in. I saw another car I was interested in on their website 2 weeks later, so I gave them a second chance. I made another appointment for that specific vehicle. The salesman I was paired up with took 20 minutes to bring out an incorrect car. We then waited another 20 minutes for the correct car to be brought up. (Every other dealership I've been to has had the car waiting for me when I arrive.) I decided to purchase the car but I was told I could not do it that day because there was a "problem with the radio." The salesman could not give me a technical description of the issue. He estimated that in 2 days the car would be ready. I came back 3 days later. First I was told the keys could not be found. Then I was told I could not take the car because they did not have the title. I should mention the car is a diesel, so there is a longer process to retrieve the title from Volkswagen but most dealerships will go through that process before letting someone buy the car. I then spoke with the manager about what was happening. It turns out there was not a problem with the radio. In my opinion, the salesman was trying to cover up the fact that they had not acquired the title. It took a total of 2 and a half weeks from the time I put down the deposit to actually take the car home. It was an awful experience. I dealt with a sexist manager and inept salesmen. I will never use a Fuccillo dealership again, nor would I recommend it. More
