Doing business the right way Recently, my car was totaled and I was shopping for a new car. As one can expect, I did my research online and decided I wanted to Volkswagen. I pulled up to the dealership and approached Emanuel for assistance. He listened to my needs and wants and showed me what my options were. Emanuel was hustling outside in the heat on a 90° day. When I walked into the dealership to talk numbers, Emanuel showed me my options and Mike and I talked business. We were able to make a deal and I picked up my car the next day. To be clear I could have left the dealership with my new car that day, but it was my decision to sleep on it. Not your typical high pressure environment, and I would recommend anyone stop by and see Mike and Emanuel. More

He was able to articulate the feature updates from my 2017 Jetta to the 2019 Tiguan I purchased with him and the two ladies he was training that day. This is the fourth Volkswagen I've purchased at this dealership; even though the faces have changed over the years, I still get the same great experience whenever I go there. The new facility is much nicer, I do like the drive-in service bay. I'm very happy with my purchase; after all, I just wanted to get into a SUV for the Winter weather. Thank you, Justin! More

A rare experience, but agreeable outcome! I went to look at a vehicle, but it was sold the night before. I was later given first look after the deal fell through. We couldn't come to an agre I went to look at a vehicle, but it was sold the night before. I was later given first look after the deal fell through. We couldn't come to an agreement on price until a few weeks later. Once everything was in motion, the lien holder had requirements as they had already been told the vehicle was going to the original buyer when they first tried to sell it. This lead to a fair amount of confusion in the dealership and 3 weeks of waiting to retrieve the vehicle. I would say they did the best they could, but had a lack of knowledge/communication with the situation. I hope the experience was as much a learning one for them as it was for myself. They did, however, lower the price at the closing of the sale! Overall, I'd say I was pleased with the individuals I worked with, and was treated with respect. That's more than I can say for many other sales interactions I've had. I'm certain a straight-forward sale would have gone smoothly, and I would be happy to work with them again. More
