Great experience! I needed all 4 tires replaced. I called & was helped pretty fast. I was quoted for 2 different brands of tires. After I dropped my car off, Ryan calle I needed all 4 tires replaced. I called & was helped pretty fast. I was quoted for 2 different brands of tires. After I dropped my car off, Ryan called me for more details. He told me they sold 2 of 4 of the cheaper tires I was looking for. He honored the quoted cheaper price & gave me the more expensive tires to keep them all the same. It was convenient to drop my car off while I worked a 12 hour shift on Saturday. He set me up with another department to Pay & pick up my car on Sunday when the service center was closed. More

Quick, Easy & Very Friendly Staff I was shocked when I went to book an appt online and saw that one was available for the same day in 1.5 hrs. I arrived to the dealership & was greeted I was shocked when I went to book an appt online and saw that one was available for the same day in 1.5 hrs. I arrived to the dealership & was greeted immediately and shown where to wait to be checked in. That process was quick & the employee was friendly. I sat in the waiting area (free WI-FI, comfortable chairs, tables to work at, complimentary coffee, magazines, tv) and my appt was quick. I had just purchased a used VW 3 days prior and this experience @ Fuccillo made me happy to know that this is where I will be going for service for the next several years. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this dealership. I will be back! More

Disappointed with workmanship The bracket for the window control unit was cracked and there was dried glue all around it. Now I have to return TWICE for it to be fixed - once to evaluate and again to replace. In all, four trips to the dealership for a repair. Service staff were friendly and polite and all the windows worked properly, however the control panel looked like it was replaced by a four year old in "play and paste" class. More
