DO NOT buy a car from these people I had the most horrible car buying experience at Fuccillo VW. I test drove 2 cars, chose the one I wanted. They kept me waiting for3 hours to try and make a deal, then I left and they kept telling me they could get me where I needed to be on the car payments, then 2 days later they texted me in writing to say I was approved for what I wanted, then after driving 2 hours out there again, they had lied and had not even talked to the lender yet, then tried to tell me that they could only get me into the car for another $100 a month. They are all dishonest. I would never buy a car from these people. More

When I lived in Virginia the VW (Lindsay) dealership had free refreshments - even sodas and snacks for free while I waited. Maybe its something you should think about doing as well. There was no sticker put in my window for when my next oil change should be. I think all these little things add up and should be considered. More
