My only concern is that the wait time when purchasing a vehicle is too long. This happened when I initially leased the car and then bought the car. I don't fault the personnel I worked with as I realize there is a lot of paperwork to be completed during both transactions. I only list this so the dealership can possibly streamline this area in the future. All else was stellar. More

Every effort was made to meet my automotive and financial needs. I do, however, feel that there were too many people involved in the transaction including sales consultant, two apparent intermediaries involved in teaching a deal as well as a credit manager and general manager. The dealership would do well to empower the staff to manage more than the tiniest role. The entire purchase lasted for four hours. In addition, it was a Sunday so the detailing crew was not on site to prep the car requiring another trip by the purchaser. I like this dealership and will return but my two prior experiences took far less time for a better result. More
