They never call you back! I used to love Fuccillo's but at this point I am furious with their lack of communication. It took a few weeks to even get ahold of anyone to have my car serviced, even if you leave messages, nothing! After having my car serviced I needed a few things done to it and was told I had to wait until Monday to call to see if my warranty covered the issues with my car. Monday I call and was told someone in the service department would call back. Nothing! So I call on Tuesday morning and expressed my frustrations with the fact NO ONE CALLS ME BACK and was told the service manager would call me right away and NOTHING! I call in the afternoon to speak to the service manager and he would call me back later on. Big surprise, he didnt! How can you run a business when you don't call your clients back! More
Go somewhere else I don't even know where to start. I took my car in for warranty work. I guess that was my first mistake. It took almost a month to get my parts ordere I don't even know where to start. I took my car in for warranty work. I guess that was my first mistake. It took almost a month to get my parts ordered and in stock. In that time, my service manager left the company. I guess when this happens, the customers that they are helping get forgotten. Nobody called me for an update, or to tell me that my parts arrived. We are over a month since I first bought my car in for service. I scheduled my appointment. They had my car for 2 full days. In that time, they managed to do nothing to it. I mean zero. I'm still not convinced that they actually drove it into the garage. They tell me that since the previous service manager either 'lost or threw away' my paperwork, they cannot fix my car under warranty. They did offer to do it, at my expense. Oh, did I mention that they called me one minute after they closed, on the second day, to give me the good news? I was informed that I need to drive my unsafe car a little longer, so that the problem can come back. Then, I can bring it back in, and they can try to scan it again for codes that will allow the work to be performed. Why is it my fault that you didn't save this information the first time? Do not go here for anything. It would be a HUGE mistake. More

Chad and his finance manager did a great job and highly impressed seeing how I put myself in a little rut.. I’ve been with vw since 2013, i always lease a vehicle up until now. Now I’m a owner! I love their vehicles and the people that work there. They gave me great advice. Hopefully in a year I can walk in and refinance. They also gave me hope. Extremely satisfied! Thanks Chad & VW! More
