Tiguan repair Engine was serviced for a part under the intake manifold in July and after we noticed gas fumes coming out of AC vent. Took the car back in August an Engine was serviced for a part under the intake manifold in July and after we noticed gas fumes coming out of AC vent. Took the car back in August and the service dept could not find problem. Went back in Sept talked to Dustin and made an appointment on 9/30/19. Bad o ring on the injector and they fixed it for no charge. Thank you! More

Fuel filler door Brought my car in for service , to have the fuel filler door fixed. It would not open. Not sure if it was coincidence or damage from a recent service Brought my car in for service , to have the fuel filler door fixed. It would not open. Not sure if it was coincidence or damage from a recent service to remove and reinstall the rear window as part of head liner installation. It ended up costing me close to $400.00. The plastic door cover cost $189.00 and was available on line for $90.00. Not sure what the mark up is for these parts, but they also have to paint the door. Trying to schedule an appointment has been difficult lately. It appears the service department may be short staff. The reps I have been working with were helpful. Don't like being put into voicemail for them to return my call. A few weeks ago, someone always answered the phone. Not sure what's happening. More

Disgusting We went in to look at a few cars at a fuccillo Volkswagen on State Street we get there we get a salesperson he first brings the wrong car for the test We went in to look at a few cars at a fuccillo Volkswagen on State Street we get there we get a salesperson he first brings the wrong car for the test drive then he can't find the other car for the test drive and then he brings the car that we wanted to test drive up and it had nothing but problems fluid leaking windows don't work checked on me lights on tires were bald brakes for horrible, so after that we tried a newer car and we spoke to the manager Mike, gave him all our information did what we had to do waiting for a phone call Friday night never came finally call back on Sunday and got an answer that we are approved then my called me back on Monday and said the payments were going to be $350.00 a month. Then a guy name Shawn called and said $450.00 a month with $1000. Down. Trying a bait and switch. Absolutely horrible people. I just pulled my credit report these nit wits did 8 hard inquiry's. We have a witness to all of these phone calls. Beware people Not a place to do businesses with. More
