The buying process was pretty easy and painless but i would expect that before ive signed the papers and own the car. Its the service after that makes the difference. But literally as im pulling out of the dealership the breaks are screeching. I bring car in the next day and inform them of the issue. I was told it may just be normal noise and to make an appointment. I expected them to look at the car immediatly since i literally just bought it. Now i have to hear the breaks screech every time i break for the next 3 weeks and who knows what damage its doing to the rotors. I asked if this was covered and i got no response. Im just dissapointed bc i just bought the car and theres already something wrong with it. Im also concerned i will need to pay for any repairs especially since its not getting looked at for another 3 weeks. Very frustrating to have to deal with this immediatly after buying the car and during the holidays. Dont want to name any names bc everyone was pretty nice but thought id be taken care of immediatly bc i had literally just bought the car. More
