If that is how your service department treated me, I would never make a purchase from your dealership! The only bright side was Jessica when she called to let me know to pick up my vehicle. More

BEWARE OF NEW VW LEMONS FROM THIS DEALER WE LEASED A BRAND NEW VW TIGUAN FROM THIS DEALER ON OCTOBER 27TH, 2019. THE BRAND NEW TIGUAN TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON. IT STARTED STALLING ON DAY 1. T WE LEASED A BRAND NEW VW TIGUAN FROM THIS DEALER ON OCTOBER 27TH, 2019. THE BRAND NEW TIGUAN TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON. IT STARTED STALLING ON DAY 1. TOOK IT MULTIPLE TIME TO THE DEALER. SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. DROVE IT TO CHICAGO ON NOVEMBER 2, ALMOST GOT KILLED ON INTERSTATE 90. SOMEHOW MANAGED TO TAKE IT TO VOLKSWAGEN DEALER AT PERRYSBURG OHIO. TODAY IS DECEMBER 17, 2019 AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CAR BACK NOR DID WE GET ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM EITHER THE DEALER OF VOLKSWAGEN CORPORATE. THERE WERE MULTIPLE THINGS WRONG WITH E NEW CAR - A TRUE LEMON!!! IN THE MEAN TIME WE HAVE ALREADY MADE TWO PAYMENTS WITHOUT HAVING A CAR. Every one of the people I met there was very friendly and service oriented. They all took the time to listen to my concerns and to write things down so it would get done properly and not overlooked. They also made sure that my repair was covered by warranty. The loaner was a nice clean new VW Atlas not a stripped down model. The repair was done right and during the process I was made aware by phone of their progress. I feel that the service was great, the work was compeleted in a satisfactory time frame and the follow up was good too....thanks every one there that I met .... More
