HUGE!!!!! I really enjoyed the craftsmanship of Moody on my Tiguan. He was extremely accommodating and all in all I feel as though I got a great deal on an awes I really enjoyed the craftsmanship of Moody on my Tiguan. He was extremely accommodating and all in all I feel as though I got a great deal on an awesome vehicle. Also, the sales rep that dropped off my new car, Chad did an excellent job going over the vehicle and the paperwork. Love Fuccillo, I am going to send any and everyone to them. More
Unethical and highly unreliable I purchased my used Tiguan from Fuccillo in May 2018. I've been back for service every 2-3 months because I have had one issue after another with this I purchased my used Tiguan from Fuccillo in May 2018. I've been back for service every 2-3 months because I have had one issue after another with this vehicle. I have replaced parts that they have said are not warranty covered, only to have the same issue occur a few months later and end up spending more money to fix the originally identified issue. I have ended up spending almost $4000 in repairs between 2018-2019 because of Fuccillo's inability to properly diagnose the issues identified with my vehicle. This has been an ongoing issue. They also cannot seem to keep managers employed within their service department (I wonder why?!) and then provide unprofessional customer service and severe delays in completing work. The breaking point for me was when I was quoted $6800 to have repairs completed last week. I am having the same work completed at another shop for less than $4000. I am absolutely disgusted with this dealership and I cannot express enough to simply STAY AWAY. You reach a point where you know you are being taken advantage of and that is definitely what has occurred with this dealership. Thank you for wasting thousands of my dollars, selling me a lemon vehicle, but also for completely wasting my time and energy with having to deal with your inability to properly solve my car's issues. Fuccillo VW is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I am utterly appalled by their unethical way of conducting business. More
Very difficult There seems to be no connection between sales and service. Sales promises something and doesn't let service know. So instead of a service rep helping (aren't they in the same building??) , the customer has to contact sales and get them to contact service. Absolutely a waste of time. Moreover, the endless texting with the service rep...terrible. Another waste of time. A phone call would be one and done instead of endless texts all day long. Also, when texts are all in caps, it is like yelling (common texting etiquette should apply-who wants to be yelled at all day by nonstop texts from a service rep?). The service rep also told me that they charge a diagnostic fee for EVERY item that is being looked at (see how the caps makes it seem like I'm yelling?) because the technicians don't get paid hourly. He said this in the context of explaining why I was getting such a great deal because they only charged me once. This is crazy. Overall, I'd rate the service rep as rather rude from the tone of the texts and the two times I talked with him on the phone. The service was not completed in a timely matter. I would not recommend service here or this service rep (if you're dealing with him texting). My son did go in and talk with Curtis and said he was actually really nice in person. Maybe he should be a person that deals face to face with customers. More
