I ditched the dealer we bought our VW from because I did not like the attitude I received from their service dept. Called Fuccillo and got set up with an appt. They were much nicer to deal with. They got my car in and assessed in a timely manner. They pointed out some other potential issues but there was no up-sell pressure. Travis, the advisor and Christian, the tech were both great. Case is not closed as they had to order the part, but hopefully this continues the way it started. More

When we bought a new car in 2017, the finance person at the time misrepresented a maintenance warranty that required us to get service from this dealership. We live out of state and were told it would work the time misrepresented a maintenance warranty that required us to get service from this dealership. We live out of state and were told it would work at other dealerships, but it didn’t. The current management claims that there’s nothing they can do to rectify the fact that we were flat out lied to. When I returned to the dealership for a service and to cancel the warranty (because we were required to cancel in person) the service department returned the car to me after the service and it reeked of diesel fuel inside. They neglected to clean the puddle of fuel off the drivers floor mat that came from the service technicians feet, did not perform a complimentary wash of the exterior, and couldn’t even get around to applying a simple sticker to the windshield indicating the vehicle’s next scheduled maintenance mileage. The only person I encountered who did a satisfactory job, was the service writer. Moody Ashkar, Anthony Montesano, and the rest of the management seem to have no concern whatsoever about their employer’s misrepresentation of warranty products. Oh, and good luck trying to communicate with them over the phone if you need anything. Moody is apparently “in a meeting” 8-9 hours per day. More

Have had to bring my vehicle back 4 times and will have to again for fifth time to get warranty items fixed. Asked for quote on new rim and still waiting.
