Brought my car in with several issues, none of which are corrected but I can’t be without the car that long again and each time I called they never have loaners. The coolant was an issue coming up on the da corrected but I can’t be without the car that long again and each time I called they never have loaners. My car sounds terrible like it has real issues going on but when I explained that the service rep told me they topped it off. I appreciate the fact I spent 35k on a brand new car 6 months ago for it to not work correctly and have little to no options for it to be fixed other than the service rep saying we’ll see if it does it again and bring it back. Service advisor was very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere in the dealership. I enjoyed the video sent to me from the service technician. Sam was very helpful. She was not pushey and only showed us what we were interested in. The one thing we were concerned about was the tires and there was no hesitation in changing them .
