I received a sales call on a Sunday morning, and headed back to Fuccillo VW to look at cars that afternoon. I knew what I wanted when I arrived at the lot, and Samantha arranged for me to test drive a new 2020 Tiguan. I loved it! I knew right away that was the specific vehicle I wanted. Samantha was professional, kind, and when we had questions she went out of her way to get answers for us. When it came time for financing, Samantha and a finance manager were helpful and worked to help us get the best deal possible. Samantha kept in contact with me, and made the buying process so easy!! After negotiating on Sunday, I took delivery on the vehicle I wanted the following Wednesday. Overall it was a smooth, nearly effortless process. I will return to Fuccillo VW again in the future! Our first VW Samantha was very sweet and kind. She had just started working at the dealership but she couldn't have been more accommodating. When she didn't know a Samantha was very sweet and kind. The dealership was short handed on staff to prepare our car for pick up so Samantha took it upon herself to get the car washed and cleaned. My only criticism is not of Samantha but of the dealership. The wait time was very long, they did not advise Samantha about forms in need of signing. With experience Samantha is going to be an awesome sales rep for Fuccillo VW. Recommend her highly. ALSO, its great to see a woman in car sales. Kudos to Fuccillo for placing women in this role. Samantha was warm and engaging. More
