Forced us to get an extended warranty. Paperwork later said the warranty wasn't needed for approval. Finance manager boldly lied with GM present. We have gotten nothing but a run around and have cancelled the warranty that we have been told will be applied to the loan. 8 weeks later and we are still paying interest on a warranty we never wanted. They have offered nothing to compensate for the blatant lies nor do they seem interested in keeping their staff accountantable. We also purchased a E-Golf and requested multiple times for it to be charged so we could make it home. They ignored those requests and we had to sit at a charger for an hour on the way home just to make it. More
