What went from a 5 Star buying experience, quickly turned to a 0 Star customer service experience starting the day after I purchased my new car. I was sold a car with a few issues that needed to be corrected to a 0 Star customer service experience starting the day after I purchased my new car. I was sold a car with a few issues that needed to be corrected that I did not notice OR EVEN THINK TO CHECK on my test drive, like one of the 2 horns being broken. I went back to the dealership the day after I bought it and was told a new horn HAS BEEN ORDERED & I will be contacted when it comes in to schedule the service. I NEVER received a call. After almost 4 weeks I had to call them. And that was when I was given the most LAZY excuse to not fix my car, “The vehicle passed inspection, so therefore we won’t replace the broken horn” (Fuccillo’s words, not mine). Yes, I was offered to pay for the part myself and they would pay the labor, but I don’t believe I should have to pay anything. I did not buy this car from some roadside schmo, I bought it at FUCCILLO! Supposedly the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction. I am completely dissatisfied. I went in to speak with Jenn the service manager, and she continued to tell me that “it passes inspection...” She also am told me that it was the sales managers decision to not fix my vehicle, handing off the blame to someone else. I do not know who’s decision it was, and frankly I don’t care. If you all work as a team, then act like one. SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE. Will not return in the future. All because they wouldn’t replace a part that cost $120! Thank you Fuccillo VW! Sales Team- Great! (not including management) Financing- Great! Great experience. Even with the current COVID-19 restrictions I was able to shop online and make a deal via email and text. Picking up the car was a breeze and the dealership took all necessary safe restrictions I was able to shop online and make a deal via email and text. Picking up the car was a breeze and the dealership took all necessary safety precautions including wearing a mask and gloves when I came in. This is my 2nd purchase from Fuccillo VW and I’ve used them several times for service. Great dealership and service department! I highly recommend Fuccillo VW and my salesman Manny! More
