Volkswagen never lets me down and when I was in a pinch this team was so gracious to help me out! I was traveling from MA to visit family and my oil light came on. Ordinary maintenance Went in for NY state inspection and timely oil change. Inspection was done but an oil leak was discovered from oil pan or oil pan gasket. Will go back Went in for NY state inspection and timely oil change. Inspection was done but an oil leak was discovered from oil pan or oil pan gasket. Will go back for oil pan and/or gasket replacement since the car is under warranty. So far this is the only issue (major or minor) that I had with my car. Will update review once oil pan and/or gasket have been replaced. One pet peeve that I have is that I felt a bit blown of when I asked about the details regarding the oil leak and the needed repair. Been to this dealer for car purchase and service. Overall happy with everything so far. More
