I was unhappy with the sales process at Fucillo VW dealership, as my Sales Associate did not give me accurate information about a feature that would’ve changed the outcome of the sale. It was very important for me to be able to have a car starter, as I do not have a garage. The salesperson gave me the information of the service shop that installed starters on VW cars. He told me it would cost only “a few hundred” dollars, and when I went there I was quoted that it would cost over $1,000. This is a deceptive sales tactic and it would’ve resulted in a much different outcome for me. I am now stuck in a 4 year lease with a car that does not have a remote car starter, and this has been an extreme inconvenience for me living in the northeast. I contacted Fucillo VW dealership several times about this and did not even receive a response. I would not recommend Fucillo VW dealership to anyone and would actually steer anyone else away from this dealership. More
