Will NEVER buy another car from Fuccillo, nor recommend them Your dealership is only as good as your service dept and mechanics. Would highly recommend training for you mechanics. When I picked my car up from Your dealership is only as good as your service dept and mechanics. Would highly recommend training for you mechanics. When I picked my car up from service the second time, ebrake was sloppy and there was a horrible clucking in the rear of the car. Neither of these problems were there when I took the car in for service. I sent an email notifying Jen. Set up appointment to take the car back which I was informed that to fix the problems, 1 broken coil and and left caliper needed to be replaced. Recommended I replace both coils even though the right one wasn't broken. I repeatedly told Jen I didn't do this damage to the car, it was that way when I picked it up. Her reply was it wasn't their fault so it must be a coincidence. She would give me a 15% discount. I refused the service and when I went to pick up the car Jen offered me a 50% off to make it right. I informed her I just drove an hour and I was going to take the car home. Once again she told me it had to be a coincidence that the dealership did nothing wrong. Since picking my car up I have had a mechanic look the car over. He was able to fix the ebrake just by cleaning up the calipher. He also showed me the freshly broken left rear coil Fuccillo's told me about, but found it interesting that the right rear coil, that Fuccillo's mechanic said wasn't broken, was broken and had been broken for quite a while due to the rust on it. I also found it interesting, maybe this is normal practice for your service dept, but the gasket that was replace the first time I had the car there on 06/02/2020 was sealed with some sorta of gunk that was oozing out and a bolt that looked like it was picked up off the floor or bench???? Thinking I just paid a labor rate of $130.00 an hour for a "professional" service dept, this is something you would expect from a back yard mechanic. I was extremely happy with the purchase of my Beetle from Fuccillo's but extremely disappointed with the last service visit. So disappointed that I will never buy another car from Fuccillo's. Again your dealership is only as good as the service department. More

My car has been experiencing some noise. So I brought it to the dealership. They replaced a part and told me it was fixed. On my way home I hear the noise, so I called the service department and made anothe to the dealership. They replaced a part and told me it was fixed. On my way home I hear the noise, so I called the service department and made another appointment. They inspect the vehicle, tell me it needs more parts replaced. Ok fine. They replace the parts. Noise still there. I make a THIRD appointment. They say another part needs to be replaced. They replace it and here I am with a car that is still very noisy! Now I wonder if I were to take my car back for a 4th time would they find another part that needs to be replaced? Are they preforming a complete assessment of the vehicle to determine what the issue is? Apparently not. Why weren’t all these issues found in the 1st visit? All the hours I spent waiting in the dealership and my car still isn’t repaired. I asked for the general manager to give me a call, was told he would, it did not happen. Needed the locking lugnuts replaced with regular lugnuts was told over the phone the price was 7$ per lugnut. I get the invoice And it’s 6.60 plus 3.99 for caps! (Caps weren’t mentioned on the phone) 108$ to have 4 bolts removed and 4 new ones replaced!!! I wish I knew more about vehicles, but I guess they bank on your ignorance to take advantage. I will be going to another Volkswagen dealership from now on and won’t recommend this place to anyone. More
