The service manager at Fuccillo VW, Jennifer Periard, and Fuccillo management went above and beyond anything I could have expected to resolve a problem with my new VW. I purchased a brand new 2019 Beetle SE Fuccillo management went above and beyond anything I could have expected to resolve a problem with my new VW. I purchased a brand new 2019 Beetle SE from a dealer in Massachusetts because there were none available locally. In driving the car home, I noticed a thumping and vibration. I immediately scheduled a service appointment at Fuccillo VW to determine the cause of the problem. After running tests on the car, Jennifer reported to me that all four tires had been irreparably damaged because the car had been allowed to sit on cold pavement in freezing temperatures without regularly moving it. I asked her to send the test results to the dealership in Massachusetts. When I phoned the service manager there, he disavowed any responsibility for the damage to the tires and concluded that my only option was to contact the the tire manufacturer. Jennifer offered to contact the tire manufacturer on my behalf. The manufacturer said that the dealership’s actions had caused the problem and they were not responsible. At that point my only option was to pay for four new tires, pay to have them mounted and balanced and then file a claim under the lemon law with the state of Massachusetts. Once again, Jennifer Periard came to my aid and said she would approach Fuccillo management to see if they would be willing to replace the tires. To my amazement, they agreed and I just had all four tires replaced, balanced and mounted at no charge to me!! The car drives beautifully. I was blown away by the caring, dedication to quality, and commitment to their products that was demonstrated by the Fuccillo VW team!! More
