I was in the market for a commuter vehicle. I stopped in Fuccillo Volkswagen looking a used cars. I was able to find a used TDI which ended up being perfect for my long commute. The service team at Fucillo helped me out with substantial repairs to my Jetta’s clutch. After another VW dealer in the area quoted 2500 to do the job and refused to honor a secondary warranty th substantial repairs to my Jetta’s clutch. After another VW dealer in the area quoted 2500 to do the job and refused to honor a secondary warranty they sold me, Fucillo quoted the job at more than half the price. The car required more repairs than initially thought - Fucillo worked to get VW to help with the costs since the car had just gotten outside of the manufactures warranty. All told the cost was still LESS than what the other dealer had quoted on just the initial repairs! Overall the Fucillo service team gets an A+ from me. More
