This man was totally rude. He blamed an error in the “numbers” on a salesman. He made the experience feel like a bait and switch. We left. My daughter decided to purchase the vehicle anyway after a conversation the next day with the GM. Fast forward nearly 2 weeks and we get a call stating the paperwork was kicked back from the bank because of a problem. We needed to return and sign again. Oh and by the way it was a few they forgot to add shock would increase her payments. (It was only like $2/mo but still?!!) I called, clearly upset and he had the audacity to HANG UP ON ME. He then immediately called my daughter to try to get around speaking to me. He then told her he was disconnected, he didn’t hang up. So, not only is he RUDE and unprofessional and unethical...he’s not even man enough to admit he list his temper and behaved poorly. NEVER EVER deal with this awful man. I cannot believe Fuscillo would keep him employed. As a family we have purchased easily 12 cars at this dealer and NEVER have we been treated so poorly. There is only one star because I had to give one to publish this review. On the flip side, Mike the sales manager was very professional and we were very happy with his assistance during the initial purchase and the subsequent paperwork issues. More

Very disappointing experience. Made repeated errors during the transaction (a simple lease deal) that still have not been fixed months later. No effort to solve the issues or even apologize. Typical car buying negotiation, they come out way high and eventually come down to exactly what you’re willing to spend monthly. And then I schedule the appointment to take delivery, and they have me and eventually come down to exactly what you’re willing to spend monthly. And then I schedule the appointment to take delivery, and they have me sit around the showroom for over an hr before we get started....insurance transaction wasn’t complete, they’re confused about registration.....and then they hand me paperwork with a payment higher than I agreed.....by $3. Just enough to squeeze a little more out of you for their pockets.....but little enough that after 2+hrs you just want to get out of there. I would have backed out of the deal if I didn’t think it would have taken another 3hrs to get the plates back on my old car and back on the road. To top it off they even forgot to put the temp registration in the car and I had to turn around to get it.. Worst car buying experience ever. Bonus information from a previous experience.....I have sent them referral customers in the past and never received the kickback they promote Probably the last car I buy from Fuccillo More
