My wife and I walked in in the afternoon with the intent of getting a new 2020 Jetta. She saw a used Atlas and fell in love with it. The finance team was able to get a deal done for us, and get my wife a lo of getting a new 2020 Jetta. She saw a used Atlas and fell in love with it. We ended up leaving with a new 2020 Jetta and a 2018 certified preowned Atlas, the same day with very reasonable financing, and both vehicles have extended warranties. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, and our sales person Kristian showed me all the differences between models, and helped us figure out how to use all the new features. These are the 2nd and 3rd vehicles we have purchased from Fuccillo, and in about 6 or 7 years, I am sure we will be back for new ones. More

We got the run around on pricing first. Then we went to pick up the car and sign paperwork they weren't ready. We spent 2 hours waiting to sign and then the didnt go over anything with the vehicle. We were buying a Certified used Volkswagon and when we went to leave, the car had a headlight out. It was after hours so they took a light out of another used vehicle. We got home and the car had no spare and it didn't even have valve stem caps on any of the tires. Called the dealership to have them make it right and I am still waiting. Its been three weeks. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. I dont recommend them at all. More
