Bought a 2012 jeep from day one Heated seat Didn’t work and roof leaks right back for repair they Did a botched up repair on the roof use stick on weatherstrip from hardware store roof still Had a leak was and roof leaks right back for repair they Did a botched up repair on the roof use stick on weatherstrip from hardware store roof still Had a leak was told they replaced weatherstrip didn’t call xxxx they said they were going to look into it never did replace heated seat with aftermarket was wrong one for vehicle caused by vehicle to have electrical issues car would not shut off nothing would work car overheat it call Fucillo told me I had to have it towed to soft and cushy for them to look at the repair of see if it was right towed to my mechanic he repaired coolant filled check for leaks checked all electrical system found the heater was not compatible with my car made a TI p.m. mod overload due to aftermarket wiring unhooked heated seat jeep has been fine caught fuccillo about it she said send them to Bill she’ll look into it supposed to call me back never have worst service ever would never buy another vehicle from Fucillo I have bought two previous vehicles from other dealerships a Fuccillo one from them fuccillo will never buy have my service again worst experience ever had to turn it into legalFor advice and resolve this matter waiting for outcome More
