I had to deal with 3 different sales people after I agreed to the purchase of the car and before I could pick it up. I've never had that experience before. Only ever had to deal with 1 salesperson at agreed to the purchase of the car and before I could pick it up. I've never had that experience before. Only ever had to deal with 1 salesperson at Toyota. It made the process at VW more confusing and difficult since I kept getting passed around. I finally ended up with Bill. He was very friendly and went over the car thoroughly with me and answered all my questions at delivery. Thanks Bill! However, the car was not cleaned very thoroughly. It is a used one, and there were still toys and garbage in the 2nd row seat pockets. The tops of every window have so much filth and xxxx on them and the inside of the windshield was never cleaned.... very disappointing to spend that much $$ on a car and not have it cleaned. They also only gave me a 1/2 a tank of gas?! Is that normal? Every other car I've ever purchased has come with a full tank! I would not recommend this dealership based on my above experience. I've purchased cars from 3 other dealerships over my lifetime and had none of these issues with them (Hyundai and Toyota). I have to go back for my 1 free service in 10,000 miles. Hopefully, I have a better experience with the service department..... More

i was very pleased with service I received. The staff were all courteous and friendly and the inspections and recall upgrades were performed in a timely manner.
