Second time getting service here on my new but heavily modified GTI. Wanted to claim my included oil change as well as get an alignment after some suspension work. Staff was friendly as always, service ad modified GTI. Wanted to claim my included oil change as well as get an alignment after some suspension work. Staff was friendly as always, service advisor was great, listened to my requests, wrote them down and made sure they were passed along to the tech (This may seem like a minor thing, but it doesn't always happen). The technician this time around was the same as the last, very friendly and did an excellent job dialing my alignment in and explaining all the checks he performed. The only real negative was the alignment was a bit pricey compared to some other independent shops, however it would not keep me from coming back to have them take care of it again. More

I tried to say really 18 times to show how much I like bringing my car here for service, but was told all my enjoyment about this service department was not allowed.
