I came into this place with the intention of buying a car and leaving because I quickly found out they are liars, thieves, and arrogant salesman who laughs behind your back. I have heard from others that they have experienced the same thing but thought I should give them a chance if they can give me a good deal. Waste of time. There "bad prom showroom" should have been my first sign to leave. I have been telling as many people as I can to stay away so they don't get ripped off! They wanted to offer me $3000 on my truck they said they can't do any more, that was "generous." I went to another VW dealer which by the way a million times better, they gave $12,500. What a joke. I don't know if they were just really bad thieves or they thought because I'm a woman they could pull one over on me. Either way, horrible. Stay away and go somewhere else. You'll save a lot of money and time!!!! More

For a vehicle in this class it is quite fun to drive. I also checked out other cars but they did not wow me at all. VW truly builds a solid car with regards to interior and exterior superiority, comfort, available technology and most important value for your money. Thanks Fuccillo! More
Liars and poor quality work Brought my car in for an extended warranty repair on the 3rd brake light. They looked at the car and told me the repair would be covered, but they ha Brought my car in for an extended warranty repair on the 3rd brake light. They looked at the car and told me the repair would be covered, but they had to order the part. Promised to call when the part came in, but never got a call. I had to call multiple times over two consecutive days before someone would even answer the service phone and tell me if the part was there. Brought the car back for the repair, was told it would be about an hour. After 2 hours they said they were having problems and the car would have to go to the body shop. I was assured the car would be done and back that same afternoon. That evening I called to get a status update to find out the car was not done yet and wouldn't be ready until noon the following day. That next day I went to pickup the car to find out it still wasn't done. After waiting around for over 30 minutes, they finally pulled my car out, only for me to discover they never sent the car to the body shop. Instead they broke the spoiler, broke the new LED strip, and tried to glue it in place (sloppily) with RTV sealant. I immediately pointed this out as unacceptable and demanded to speak to the service manager. Anton, the service manager, agreed to fix the car. Promised to get a new spoiler, new LED strip, and to make sure it was done right this time. When the job was done the second time and I saw the car, it was immediately obvious the new paint wasn't done well. There's a run on the underside of the new spoiler, and a gash in the paint where it looks like a hair had gotten in the wet paint. Anton promised to fix it again, but since he can't be taken at his word and they already did a terrible job TWICE, I'm not giving them another chance. I'm having the body work done elsewhere, and either Fuccillo will pay for it or I will see them in small claims court. These people don't care about you, they don't care about your car, and they have no concept of customer service. More
