There was no pressure which made the experience pleasant. Additional warranties and add ons were made available but NEVER PUSHED. We appreciated that. Our only complaint and the reason this review cannot be 5 stars was the lack of financing options. We expected a much better deal from their financial department but none was forthcoming. We ended up using our financial institution at a 1.25% lower rate. Aside from that we have nothing but praise for Bill and this dealership. More

Accomodating, Fast, Friendly. I was assisted in purchasing a used vehicle from VW Fuccillo Schenectady. I knew which car I wanted before arriving. I was not pressured to try other vehicles or to look at something nicer/newer although I did decide to look at and test drive 1 other vehicle. My budget was considered the entire time and there was no pressure to go outside of that either. The staff was very accommodating for my young children who were with me during this time. They made things go as quick as possible. The staff talked with my kids, gave them snacks, laughed with them and put cartoons on to help occupy them. They made sure that I would like the vehicle and have enough space as that was my biggest need. Before leaving they ensured the car was inspected, detailed in and out and full with gas. The staff were very friendly and made a good atmosphere. I would recommend both Brian and Beatriz for any used or new purchase or inquiry!! More

Easy Peasy Lemon Sqeezy Bill is a great and relaxed salesman, and the whole thing is amazing. Had an issue with the frnt brakes and the service advisor personally took care of it next day. and this is my second purchase with Fuccillo and if the price is right next time around may be a 3rd on too More

During this period I had to travel to NYC. I was told that one of the rim is bended and sales department is blaming me for this. Salesman Emanuel who I work with fas very friendly but assistant sales manager I believe he was so rude and disrespectful and even refused to give his name. Awful customer service from start to finish I bought a 2017 Passat which had been used as a loaner car. It had 5000 miles on it. Got it home and noticed a 3" scratch on hood amoung others. I im I bought a 2017 Passat which had been used as a loaner car. It had 5000 miles on it. Got it home and noticed a 3" scratch on hood amoung others. I immediately called and brought car back to show them. The general sales manager offered to have it buffed out, but then went on to say he would not recommend it. I brought the car to a professional body shop and was told the scratch was thru the top coat and the only way to truly prevent rust in that spot is repaint the hood. He also told me that Fuccillo does not do their own body work. I requested of both the owner, Billy Fuccillo, jr and the sales manager, Mr Marlette that they reimburse me the cost of $350 to my own body shop to have this done. I was told by Mr. Marlette that "you can't expect us to make a used car new." Way to keep a customer for life as your website claims you strive to do. I was hoping Fuccillo would step up to keep a customer coming back. I definitely won't be a repeat customer. More

They're Lucky Volkswagens Sell Themselves I gave them 2 stars because I am in love with my new Jetta, but they have nothing to do with my cars engineering so they should get a zero. The people I dealt with at Fucillos VW would definitely never be chosen to appear in any of those HUGE commercials. Everytime I've gone in for an issue of any kind I've been met with dullards. I went in today (8-20-17, 12:42pm) to inquire about touch up paint and there were take out containers all over the counter and the man behind the counter was shoveling food into his face. He barely had a second to even grunt an acknowledgement that I was there. I asked my question and he shook his head no. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't for the blue polo I wouldn't have thought he was even an employee. If I have any future maintenance issues I will be going elsewhere. When trade in time comes, I will also be going elsewhere. More

First My salesman led me to believe he was the used car sales manager when I needed someone of more authority. Very unprofessional.... here's the issues start to finish. Fuccillo VW advertised a 2015 VW jetta tdi for sale. I called to leave a deposit on the car and apply for financing yay here we go! I was scheduled to pick up the car in 2 days. I received a call the day before pickup to inform me they advertised a car to sell WITHOUT a title!!! Omg you CANT sell a car without a title. So it takes a week or 2 to resolve that issue.... ok scheduled again to pick up the car. AGAIN the day before picking it up I receive a call to CANCEL because now the car won't pass inspection 😡😡 the car has 11k miles. So finally scheduled appointment number 3 to pick up the car and guess what NO spare key. Seriously people??? So I request a spare key. I'm told NO. So I refuse to buy the vehicle and want to speak to the owner now. They refused again to allow me a manager, owner anyone with authority. And I make a fuss and now they agree to key. And finally a month later. I now own the car and am leaving a terrible review with my story. Now I'll get an automated response from bryer rose telling me to call to resolve the issue. Well I've tried to speak to the owner so hopefully now the owner might (doubtful) return my call due to the terrible review. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More
