Not for me At first they gave me a great deal on a new Jetta and I loved the car. Then it started making an odd noise. When I took it to Fuccillo to have it At first they gave me a great deal on a new Jetta and I loved the car. Then it started making an odd noise. When I took it to Fuccillo to have it fixed it took them 30 days to figure it out, and the only reason they did was because, after 3 other tries, a traveling mechanic happened to come through and had heard a similar noise once before and knew the solution. 25% of the time that I owned and was making payments on the vehicle it was in the shop. Then I had to jump through a million hoops to get corporate to buy back the dud they sold me. Volkwagen Corporate is the biggest pain I have ever had to deal with. Neither of the 2 representatives that I was working with returned my emails or phone calls multiple times. I had to live chat with a random stranger on the VW website just to get basic answers. However, the one good thing is that they did buy back the vehicle in full, so now I no longer have to deal with the car or VW in general. I guess the dealer was OK at the initial purchase, but it was such a hassle for a car that was having problems after barely reaching 6,000 miles. It was so not worth the money I was paying for it. I also know 3 people from my office alone who went to Fuccillo to purchase a new car, had a terrible experience, and went to another dealer to buy 3 brand new VWs. Long story short I would not recommend Volkswagen vehicles to my friends or family in the future. More

He made not only numerous follow up calls to me during the following week but he also made a HOUSE CALL!
