I told him what I wanted and he brought out a car for me to try. We test drove and I instantly fell in love with it. It was a Beetle. When we got back to the lot, I saw an orange convertible beetle. My dream car has always been a 1969 orange beetle convertible. I told Manny I needed that car. And he delivered. Him and his trainee were so amazing. They were the nicest salespeople I’ve ever met and helped me make my dream come true! I got the car and it was all thanks you Manny. Best decision ever. Thanks Manny. Hope to see you again! More

Paul Rifenburgh assured me that VW had numerous lenders and that I could get financing if we acted now. Seeing as I had heard this from other dealers and the deals fell through, I had doubts. I also had some personal reasons for not deciding right at that moment. With Paul sensing that I was leaving, he still gave me some advice on how to best improve my situation. More of a person to person talk about what other options would be best for me should I not go with Fuccillo. Leaving Fuccillo was a bad decision. I tried small lots, big lots, and everything in between. All the deals fell through. I came back to Fuccillo and spoke to Paul. My credit score had dropped by 80 points in just 1 week due to all the other dealers I had visited. Paul was now not so sure about financing, but assured me that if anyone could do it, it would be him. A day later, he called me back and had good news for me. I was financed. Was it the deals I use to get when my score was above 700? No. However, I knew this going in. The payment was right, and the car, immaculate. I met with Kevin Patel in finance, and once again had a great experience. He's very methodical and made no unrealistic promises and only showed me worst case monthly payments as there was some questions with the registration. In the end, my payment was $50 a month less than his worst case estimate. After taking possession of the vehicle, I had an small issue with the brakes. Don Mclennan assured me that all would be OK. Less than 24 hours later, I was back in my vehicle and it drove better than ever. Don and his team made every effort to insure my safety first, and my satisfaction. One thing I noticed about the vehicles at Fuccillo VW, is the used vehicles are clean, and with MINIMAL scratches, if any. Most people think I purchased new. Again, great service by a great team. More

Our associate Bill was very accommodating and spent the time help me and my father get the facts we needed so I could feel comfortable buying my first car. He and his team worked together to make sure I had a favorable deal swiftly and helped me understand what it meant for a first time buyer. Although most of the quarter candy machines were empty, there were still a few mike and Ike’s and I really enjoy those. The free coffee was mediocre at best but it was free so that’s a plus. If I were to go back, I would definitely bring my own candy and coffee, if they allow that sort of thing. The service was pretty good too. Bill deserves a raise. More

We really liked the no pressure atmosphere. They didn’t have the exact color and interior we wanted in stock but was able to locate it and we took ownership less than a week later. We found it very easy to deal with everyone from the sales agent to finance. More

Every single person that we have had the good fortune to deal with at Fuccillo Volkswagen has done everything possible to ensure a great experience. Josh Masiglia and his Service crew are first-rate, customer-centered and entirely committed to problem-solving. It is because of the many months of persistent, positive, patient work by Josh and his team that I endeavored to stay a Fuccillo customer. Josh brought me to Mike Kerwin after our problems with the VW corporate folks were resolved. Just like all of the other things Josh did right, having Mike work with us was the perfect move. Flexible and focused on what the customer needs, Mike shares his broad knowledge of the product and the process in a meaningful way. The customer is permitted to dictate the pace and scope of the considerations. Mike makes it clear from the beginning that not every customer has always enjoyed a great car-buying experience and that he wants yours to go the way you want. And thus, I'm a lucky guy. All of the disappointment and aggravation of our vehicle buyback in the TDI settlement could have soured me on a return to Fuccillo but the personal efforts of so many convinced me that I was in the right place. I landed a great deal on a great car and look forward to many more years of visits for service. More
