It appears that since Bill is so experienced with both selling and leasing VWs he and I were able to process the voluminous amount of lease paperwork in a surprisingly short time. At no time did I feel pressured, confused, or dubious about my lease. Scott Marlette was also very helpful. He was instrumental in helping me make several decisions concerning my lease. In conclusion, my leasing experience with Bill and Scott was actually enjoyable! More

4motion and a manual transmission I initially chose Fuccillo because they had the car I wanted in stock, after working with Rob I’d go back and by my next car from Fuccillo. Better than expected! I was always told how great Fuccillo was and the workers. I have never had such a better experience thanks to Kristian, our product specialist! Kristian wasnt worried about what they needed to sell off the lot. He wanted to know what I actually wanted. We looked at a few cars and then started the credit application. There was a specific car that I was approved for and Kristian knew right away that I was going to love this car. I fell in love with it! Kristian was awesome the entire time. Kevin from finance was great as well. Both Kevin and Kristian wanted to make sure that I left in the car I wanted.
