The car was there for initial free oil change and tire rotation. They told us about a recent recall. I have a love/hate relationship with Fuccillo VW. I came in for an oil change, and that was fine. But when I inquired about purchasing some accessories for my car (over $500 worth of business), it seems Fu in for an oil change, and that was fine. But when I inquired about purchasing some accessories for my car (over $500 worth of business), it seems Fuccillo VW was not interested in my business. They seem more interested in forcing me to either sell them my vehicle or trade it in for another more expensive vehicle, and put me into a debt trap. Why would you send me an email advertising a 15% discount/rebate for purchasing vehicle accessories, but then turn around and make it difficult to take advantage of the offer? Because Fuccillo VW likes to use deceptive business practices. Fuccillo Volkswagen always finds a way to start of good but then always somehow screw up in the end. This is why Fuccillo VW will never get an outstanding or five star review from me. Not too long ago I needed a battery, and you wanted me to wait two weeks for a service appointment just to get a battery, so instead I went to Nemer VW in Latham (they took care of me the very same day). BTW, I'm still waiting for the spare key that I never got. Fuccillo VW gave me their word back in 2016 (when I first bought the vehicle) that they would provide me a spare key at no cost, since someone somehow misplaced the spare key (they said that Nemer VW lost the spare key). To date, Fuccillo VW has not honored their promise of a spare key. I love the VW brand, and I am a loyal customer to the brand, but I hate the dealership. This is why when I do decide to upgrade to a newer VW vehicle in a few years, I will not be buying it from Fuccillo. More
