After searching for the perfect car after graduation and visiting other places, everyone at Fuccillo was extremely helpful and understanding of my wants/needs. My Product Specialist, Paul Rifenburgh, helped me find the car of my dreams that I could afford. I walked away with a beautiful 2019 Jetta and I couldn't thank them enough. I was able to drive the car home that same day because of the fast and efficient service they have to offer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, thanks again! More

They will add on extras to your contract after you have refused such things as dent and ding and extended warranty. Worse yet they tried to get us to go with a bank that wanted 5.9 percent interest, when I said I didn't like that bank suddenly they found one with 4.3 percent. The lies dont stop there either folks. The owner billy and his gm willy granata are nothing more than bottom feeders. I can only hope to see them get theirs one day but for now I want to save as many people from going through what we went through. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING! For those like me that have no time to read reviews or write them for that matter here is a bullet-ed list. Pros: Sales person (Donte, sp)was young but had potential and made the best of a sub par situation. Cons: -Seemed disorganized, employees looked like they were always losing things and constantly looked were walking around looking for something. -Sales manager purposely low xxxxx customers, which to be honest was offensive to a knowledgeable buyer -Curb appeal was non existent, they say they are in the process of building a new dealership -They most likely made a substantial amount of money from my trade in and purchase but were unwilling to fulfill basic service requests after agreeing to purchase vehicle -they say they will detail used car after purchase, however, it came back looking the same as it looked during the test drive. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership and unfortunately was a "huge"disappointment. The overall process was disorganized and took a long time for them to provide the necessary paperwork. The APR was extremely high for someone with perfect credit and I will have to refinance. At times I felt like they were dishonest with their responses and was glad to be done at the end of the ordeal. More
