I wouldn't go anywhere else. After shopping for cars for over three months now, I found that my experience at Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady was very inviting, and I did not h After shopping for cars for over three months now, I found that my experience at Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady was very inviting, and I did not have to deal with any nonsense. The general manager, William Granata took the extra time out to sit down with me and work with me to get my monthly payment to something that I could afford. William did everything he could to find me the perfect car for the perfect price, and I even got to ring the bell :). Every employee at the store was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and was having a positive experience. I also was pleased that I was offered a drink on two separate occasions by both my salesperson, Beatriz, and by the General Manager, William. Any questions I had once I left the store were answered directly by William, and he made sure to follow up with all questions asked. Will definitely be going back. More

it was a long wait waiting as excessive. At one point, I walked out of the waiting area, only to find that the vehicle was actually ready a while ago. Servicing was co waiting as excessive. At one point, I walked out of the waiting area, only to find that the vehicle was actually ready a while ago. Servicing was completed already, but it seemed that the dealership did not care to speed things up. When it finally came to billing preparation, it was again very slow. There was extensive manual data entry and fiddling with the billing system. More
