Ryan Z wrote the service order and advised me that it might take a bit longer than a scheduled service. Free coffee was provided in a clean and pleasant waiting area and I was able to speak to other staff about potentially trading in the car or purchasing additional warranty coverage. The service was still performed very quickly under the circumstances and I didn't feel any shortcuts were taken. After the service was completed Ryan reviewed the technicians (Louis) observations in detail and we discussed the future purchase of tires. I found my car to be in very clean condition after the service - not even any shreds of the old inspection sticker on the dash. I purchased the car at Fuccillo and they have been servicing it since then and haven't yet been disappointed. This exemplary service seems to be standard operating procedure at Fuccillo VW. More
