Great experience with both Service and Sales I have a 2008 Passat Wagon that had an electrical issue reading the FOB key. I had the car towed to Fuccillo Volkswagen in Schenectady. I was very nervous about what might be wrong with the car. Donnie McLennan the Service Advisor kept in contact with me throughout and did a great job of keeping me calm. They figured out what was wrong and made the repairs for me with out emptying my wallet. I decided that I would look for a new car. I went right back to Fuccillo Volkswagen two days later to check out new Passats. I was helped by Paul Rifenburg in Sales. He was very knowledgeable and knew the cars and financing. He wasn't pushy at all. He explained features of the car and the warranty and did a great job of entertaining my 9 year old Daughter during the process. I also want to comment on Keith the Finance Manager that did an excellent job with financing for me. To sum it up, I had a great experience at Fuccillo. The Service that I received while fixing my old car made me go back to get a new one. I couldn't be happier with my new Passat R-LINE and with Fuccillo Volkswagen. Thanks again to Donnie, Paul and Keith. You Guys are Huuuuge!!! More

The facility is less than pristine, a few weeds in the parking lot, some temporary office partitions inside. But personally, dealing w Ryan and Josh in the Service Dept was good and professional. We discussed what was going to be done, the costs and duration of the service, I had a couple questions they answered clearly. We scheduled the service when it was convenient for me. I brought the car in as agreed, filled out some info, and took a seat at one of their courtesy tables. I got work done while I waited. Not a fancy showroom, but sufficient. The service was done on time, on budget. We bought our CC used this summer and this was our first time to Fuccillo VW. We are happy with their service. More
