No sure I'm happy with the service department as my car just crossed the 2 year mark and on each of my last two visits I needed 4 new tired and then next visit I needed new break shoes on the from and the just crossed the 2 year mark and on each of my last two visits I needed 4 new tired and then next visit I needed new break shoes on the from and the fluid changed. I would love to know how I can submit photos on how I received my car back after getting two tires replaced. I purchased the car a month ago and unfortunately got a screw in the tire. The next day they h received my car back after getting two tires replaced. I purchased the car a month ago and unfortunately got a screw in the tire. The next day they had me in replaced the tire and not even two weeks I’m back in with a huge bubble on the side wall. I told them I would drop it off the night before so I could get the car back before 1pm the next day(I had to be at work). They promised it would not be a big deal. I called at 11 and spoke with Eric. He put me on hold, sounded a little confused, and when he returned to the call he advised me it was going in next and will have it back for 1pm. I showed up at 12:20, and seen my car in the bay, obviously everyone at lunch and said it would be another great or so. I walked out disappointed but checked my email and at 11:03 I received an email indicating I missed the appointment. My car was there, dropped off and not in the drop box, my keys handed to a service gentleman the prior night. Somehow there was miscommunication on someone’s end. It was over scheduled time that it was promised due back to me and my tires look horrible. White residue on both tires( which I can send pictures), I understand can easily be removed but the should have taken care of at least cleaning it off. I did not realize, since I was in a rush to get my car and get to work. More
